Birthday Pictures, November 2009

I finally downloaded pictures I took (my Sony Cyber-shot) at the granddaughters birthday celebration. We started a new tradition for our family last year. We celebrate the girls birthday by taking everyone out to eat at the restaurant of their choosing. Macaroni Grille has won for 2 years so far. I want to wish everyone a Happy Valentines day! I bought pizza's from Costco yesterday and a chocolate cake from Publix and went to friends house, Rebecca and Wendell, last evening. Becky and I played Scrabble till we were silly. All in all it was a good evening. I love to play games, just get lazy about going out to do it.

Carl's gone for the day.......Today is the restart of the Nascar races for 2010. I'm a raceday widow. Come to think of it, I'm pretty a widow most Sundays (and Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri, Sat) for some reason or another. Carl's told me before "I'm not a house husband". Don't exactly know what he means by that.....I'd be willing to go out of the house too but I think he likes his "guy time".

Well, I was hoping for some snow so I could venture out and take some shots with the ole Nikon. I have a Nikon D80 that I love and am still trying to learn to use it better. But, no snow.
